Network serving marginalized populations wanted to move off of Google given how political climate is going. After our work together, their organizational tooling is now aligned with mission goals for protecting staff and clients. Migrated from Google Workspace to Proton Suite, AirTable, and Tresorit. Wrote up how-to documents, collaborated with executive director, took on bulk of migration implementation, cleaned up docs where they landed. Made concessions clear and brainstormed workarounds.
