Research and implementation for automating deletion and retention policies. Investigated Google Vault, wrote up an Architectural Decision Record about potential different approaches. Then wrote up a how-to guide for individual staff to have their setup adhere, and trained up admin on how to use Vault. Additionally set up a workflow for files approaching their deletion date to be reviewed.
