Internal tool needs assessment and roll-out plan

Enabled a nonprofit organization focusing on privacy and open source tech to collaborate more effectively on decision making and outcomes. Performed needs assessment, facilitated buy-in, and built roll-out plan for org-wide communication tool and org-wide file storage and collaborative editing tooling. Helped team members reach alignment and build more trust with each other.
