Role
- Lead security program management across proactive security, red teams, certifications, and vulnerability response. Increased delivery speed by 25% through changed practices.
- Drive high-impact cross-functional delivery involving hardware, iCloud, design, AI/ML, customer service, and platform software.
- Serve as interface between engineers and executive leadership (VP/SVP), delivering regular briefings and aligning roadmap to evolving threats and OKRs.
- Lead vulnerability SLA operations, track issue burndown, manage triage cadence, and implement scalable process improvements.
- Enable security certifications, supporting compliance in high-regulation global markets.
- Created onboarding docs adopted across Apple Software to reduce ramp time and security missteps.
