Big Tent and Lifeline meetings
November, 2015
Washington, DC
MDF works to protect the public’s rights in the digital age through funding.
The FCC’s LifeLine pilot program worked to open up routes for low-resource households and regions to gain access to broadband as a necessary component of American life. MDF advocated for this program, documented its progress, and supported collective work amongst partners for its success.
The Big Tent meeting gathered grantees of MDF to discuss their successes, failures, and objectives for the next year to better align their efforts.
Role
Created visual notes for Lifeline and Big Tent meetings. The 20-some attendees were able to use these notes in recounting the event, referring to agreements, and for visual effect in reports.
